Freediving Course
In conjunction with CO2 Junkies and PADI instructor Jed Phelps we offer courses and training in the Wide Bay region for aspiring Freedivers and spear fishers. We teach under the PADI Free Diving programs, catering to all levels of freedivers, from complete beginners to those seeking professional athletic development. Our courses also offer specialised training for spear fishers, applying the skills and techniques used from freediving to improve ones underwater ability and safety.
The courses and training we offer are enjoyable, safe, and will set you up with everything you need to start or continue your life lived on a breath underwater, not to mention the abundance of amazing people you will mingle with.

We have at our disposal awesome equipment and vessels to ensure the highest levels of safety and course delivery. Hervey Bay Dive Centre has access permits to the ex HMAS Tobruk wreck that sits at 30m and is an amazing free diving training site.
